They process and digest food, air, light and (other input) transforming these elements into fuel for energy, inspiration and creativity. Our bodies are resources for all that we want to do and achieve in life including connecting to others. They are also our guidance systems , discerning that which will bring us joy and pleasure. And these instruments need care, attention & education.

Unfortunately, we were not given the users manual and we have become disconnected from our bodies.
