I created this class to help get you out of the thinking bubble, into the bliss of being in your body, which brings you back home into your body where your life force flows freely.
This class helps get you grounded in your body so that you can create in your life from a self connected and joyful place. Plus... your aches, pains, and tension will dissolve as you continue to practice each week!
The Body Bliss practice focuses on activating the sensual intelligence in your body through specific coordnatation of breath, movement, and your conscious awareness. It is a moving meditation that aligns your life force with your health and well being.
Different from other Yoga or exercise classes, the Body Bliss practice teaches you to feel and become more familiar with the sensory language and vocabulary that your body speaks. This opens the channel of communication between you and your body so that you can become trustworthy allies, rather than awkward companions.
