We are given the gift of sentience, the capacity to feel and perceive from our skin, eyes, muscles, tissues and organs. This allows us to experience our selves as pure awareness receiving the variety and beauty of physical and energetic life.
Most of us long for authentic connection and communing with ourselves and others. But so much of our true nature is a mystery to us, waiting to unfold. One way to reveal our true nature is through participating in communing. When we turn our attention to our feeling awareness in our bodies and listen to its communication we can then respond, move, & take action with heartfelt care.
The Art of Ecstatic Touch is an embodiment process which expands our ability to commune with ourselves, others, nature, and the cosmic dimensions. It can be applied to meditative practices, movement, yoga, pleasure practices, the healing arts, bodywork, shamanic work, & magick alchemy. It opens our capacity to listen & respond.
