☆THE ONE DAY RETREAT☆
This one day event is an introduction to the Art of Ecstatic Touch. The group will limited to 12 women to create an intimate and deep immersion into the medicinal field of Shakti, our Feminine Life force, which is Universal life force. This energy is expressed in our bodies as breath, movement, sound and our heart beat. We will use specific embodiment practices to tune into the foundational creative energy which is the source of the universe. Using the universal translator of our bodily sensations we will ease-fully connect to the field of energy that is feminine by nature; rhythmic, pulsing, playful, pleasurable, and erotic.
We will explore with the 4 Art of Ecstatic Touch Pillars of PRESENCE~ RESPONSE~ HARVEST~ CONDUCT.

Gently, and incrementally we unwind, cleanse and clear the blocks and limitations held in our bodies and our thinking.

is both a unique modality and an approach to life. It combines touch, movement, sound & breath to bring awareness to the MAGNIFICENT SENSE ORGAN that your body is. A sense organ that you learn to fine tune to consciously receive the whole spectrum of life and your unique soul’s essence. Much more than about physical touch, the Art of Ecstatic Touch is the art of opening your awareness to being touched by life: Touched by loved one’s, touched by friends, touched by nature, touched by the divine. It is a paradigm shift and an approach to life that allows you to live a life TURNED ON!
