Heart IQ is practiced in a guided conversational circle with others. This relational way of communicating and listening creates a field of safety and support that amplifies and clarifies what is moving in your heart.

In a Heart IQ circle participants experience the ability to examine resistance with safety. This can appear as:
- Self-critical thoughts and judgements
- You have difficulty establishing boundaries
- You feel lonely even though you are surrounded by people
- You put others' needs before your own
- Having difficulty maintaining relationships
- Having difficulty with weight and unhealthy eating patterns
These may be symptoms of how you close your heart to a part of yourself or others. Once you decide to attend a Heart IQ circle, exactly what you need to open your heart always shows up.
