ABOUT THE IMMERSION

In this Immersion, together we will continue identifying and bringing our focused attention to what is already there: powerful free flowing life-force, shakti, witnessed with consciousness, shiva. (light and love)

We will transform the act of practice into an expression of devotion. In order to meet and unwind our habits that have been given to us by our environment, parents and society, we need the repetition of new and healthy habits that help us remember to shine who we truly are. Most importantly, this immersion creates the support needed to bridge the expanded sense of self we got during the live event into everyday life. 

So, we have 3 months that begins middle of February with an introductory call. The call brings us into connection and gets you started with your home devotional practice that is supported by video modules. We then come together in a full day event to deepen our embodiment  of our feminine life-force and uncover the rich vocabulary of your feeling awareness using breath, movement, sound and touch. Taking home your unfolding devotional practice, we meet every two weeks in an online circle with our curiosity, responsiveness, and loving witnessing support. A second one day event occurs halfway to again deepen our practice and connection. Finally, we conclude the immersion with a full weekend retreat at New Eden fueling our creative eros and birthing our Ecstatic nature.
